DAY 1 ARRIVAL IN HONG KONG

DAY 2 EXPERIENCE URBAN RHYTHM ON HONG KONG ISLAND AND LOCAL LIVING IN KOWLOON PENINSULAR
Nowadays the Star Ferry is serving 2 routes between Tsim Sha Tsui and Central, Tsim Sha Tsui and Wan Chai. We cross the harbour to Wan Chai, and take passenger tram, only running on HK Island.
Get off Central Financial district and walk via mid-level escalator to Tai Kwun, former Central Police quarter converted into heritage grade I building. After the visit, stroll along Hollywood Road, with antique shops and gallery. Then, end at Man Mo Temple, one of oldest temple in HK.
Lunch on your own in Soho area.
Car pick up and transfer to Shum Shui Po (Kowloon Peninsula) to start the local foodie tour and mingle with local residents in daily living.
Kung Wo Tofu fa factory, hand made Tofu fa / Rice Roll
Kwan Kee Store (steamed rice cup cake with red beans)
Egg-Tart /Milk Tea
Then, proceed to Ap Liu Street, where you have a chance to shop electronic accessories.
Return to hotel by car.

DAY 3 TAI O FISHING VILLAGE EXPERIENCE ON LANTAU ISLAND – THE BIGGEST ISLAND
One-way private car transfer to Tung Chung, one way Cable car to Ngong Ping.
Visit the Big Buddha, Po Lin Monastery, Wisdom Path.
Lunch on your own.
By public taxi to Tai O fishing village, passing country parks and beaches (restricted car permit). Upon arrival at Tai O, stroll along the village and try local snack (e.g giant fish ball, Begonia fimbristipula drink).
Join in the boat excursion in the canal and view the stilt houses along both sides of waterway, then exit the fishing shelter to the seaside to view Hong Kong Macau Zhuhai Bridge, you may have a chance to look at pink dolphin, subject to weather and luck”.
Get off the boat to visit Tai O Heritage Hotel – Walking back to Kwan Tai Temple (around 30 mins) and enjoy the local gastronomy again. (Chinese Donut / Mochi / Egg Waffle / BBQ seafood etc.)
Take public taxi for the return to Tung Chung. If time allows, shopping at Gateway outlet mall.
Take public transportation to return to the hotel.
