CONCERNING SEAT SELECTION WITH EXOTIK GROUP ALLOTMENT:
Please note that paid seat selection ($) on group fares with KLM and Air France is only possible once tickets are issued, approx. 3 weeks prior to departure. Once the passengers have received their tickets, if they wish to pay in advance for a specific seat, they will need to visit the airline’s website using the airline reference number (indicated on the e-ticket) or contact the airline by phone. Otherwise, seats will be assigned based on availability a few days prior to departure. Exotik Journeys will do their best to accommodate any prior requests; however, these cannot be guaranteed. During online check-in, 24 hours before departure, clients may attempt to change any previously assigned seats free of charge. However, availability may be very limited at that time, and changes are not guaranteed.

Please register at the airport’s airline counter at least 3 hours prior to departure time (kindly refer to your electronic tickets for the names of the airport and airline counter). Please register your luggage directly to FLORENCE (maximum one luggage of 23 kg per person).

After a connecting flight within Europe, arrival at Florence Airport. On your way to the exit, look for the Exotik Journeys sign and follow the indications to the bus. Arrival at the hotel in Florence.
